Cancellation policy: Refunds – less $50 USD for four-day events, conferences and trainings of trainers and less $25 USD for other professional development events – will be honored for requests made at least two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given with less than two weeks' notice. Participant substitutions can be made at no extra cost. In Europe: Cancellations made up to 30 days beforehand will receive a full refund minus a £25 admin fee. Cancellations made up to 14 days beforehand will receive a 50% refund minus a £25 admin fee, but a participant substitution can be made as no extra cost. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course – No refund but a participant substitution can be made at no extra cost.
